DREAMS

As youngsters we had dreams. Some of us still have them. Life and people have a way of challenging our dreams. Sometimes parents or friends mean well but discourage dreams. As you get older it is easy to settle…to write off your dreams. Don’t let anyone steal your dreams…not even you. The way most dreams die is neglect. Dreams just don’t come true because we want them to come true. We must walk out our hopes and dreams if we want them to be anything more than fantasies. Have dreams. Hold onto them. But for them to become reality you must take action. May all your good dreams come true.

DON’T LOSE YOUR MIND.

As elections come up there will be many disagreements. But don’t lose your mind. Be careful of the haters that give you encouragement to do unspeakable things to people you disagree with politically. We must think not become a political nut jobs. If America is going to improve we must respect others’ rights even if we strongly appose them politically. Political bigotry is as ugly as other bigotries. We must think. We must protect freedom of speech. Violence and hate is not what grew America, even though they have always been with us. Hard work. Honesty. Co-operation. These three will get us to a much better place than some politician’s rhetoric. Believe, act, feel passionate. BUT DON’T LOSE YOUR MINDS.
